Salternatives-tips on shaking the sodium habit

Looking for a low sodium but non bland tasty alternative? Here are a few suggestions….

1. On greens and veggies use olive oil and balsamic vinegar

2. On potatoes and starches try roasted garlic

3. On eggs use salsa, ketchup and/or curry

4.On fish try dill or smoked paprika

5. On chicken try curry or smoked paprika or roasted garlic
