I saw this recipe on a raw food blog site and I thought, super simple, very tasty, ultra healthy, completely refreshing, therefore…..must share!
Here it is:
one ripe cantaloupe cubed and one or two cups of fresh organic spinach. Blend with a little vanilla and if you want a bigger chill, some ice cubes, and voila! Sip it, straw it or spoon it out and get energized and refreshed instantaneously.
