Increase the ratio of fruits, vegetables and legumes in your life. Decrease or eliminate the meat portion on your plate. Have fruits as you snack of choice. Have whole grains like quinoa or buckwheat or brown rice to get your carb fix in addition to a slew of b vitamins and fiber. Add a few nuts for protein, add some flax seeds for fiber and omega-3’s. exercise, move stay active. Laugh as much as you can and see you at your 100th birthday!
