Longevity Equation

Eating mainly a plant-based diet + whole grains + beans + fruits + vegetables – meat – dairy + exercise + good friends + chocolate (sort of kidding) + laughter – trans fats – corn syrup + sunshine and/or vitamin D + FLACKERS ( ok, I know, this is not an infomercial, sorry, I meant to say+ fiber) + good fats + flossing your teeth (yes I read that this increases lifespan) + a daily dose of relaxation = LONGEVITY!
